Dr. D’Amico has been named one of the best doctors in New York and New Jersey by New York Magazine and New Jersey Monthly, respectively, Dr. D’Amico lectures extensively and provides expert commentary on plastic surgery to national and international media including The Today Show, Fox News Channel, the BBGC as well as French television.

Dr. D’Amico donates much of his time and reconstructive surgical skills to the needy both in the United States and abroad. As the Surgical Director Healing the Children-Midlantic Chapter, an all-volunteer humanitarian organization, he frequently travels to developing countries in Central America, Asia and Africa to perform surgery on children who suffer deformities as a result of birth defects, accidents or disease.
