Dr. Fox specializing in all aspects of plastic and cosmetic surgery, Dr. Fox has over 25 years of experience in cosmetic surgery. He is proud to bring you the latest innovations in aesthetic plastic surgery, with a special focus in breast augmentation with silicone or saline implants, breast reduction, breast lift, tummy tucks, mini tucks, forehead lift, facelifts, eyelid surgery, liposuction and nose surgery. Dr. Fox also specializes in facial contouring using Botox®, Dysport®, Juvederm®, Restylane® and Perlene®.

Payment Options

Cosmetic Procedures
Most medical insurance plans will not usually cover cosmetic procedures. Our office is able to assist you with a financing program for elective medical procedures through CareCredit Healthcare Finance. Patients may be pre-approved for financing with a monthly payment plan. Our staff at The Fox Center will be pleased to provide you with further details.

Credit Cards
The Fox Center accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Accepted Insurance
Our office participates with most insurance plans. Please check your individual policies for any exclusions. We also participate with Medicare, No-Fault and Worker’s Compensation carriers. Our office will gladly assist you with determinations of any medically necessary procedures requiring pre-determination.
