Dr. Levin was born and raised in Chicago, Illnois.  He earned his B.A. from Miami Univeristy in Oxford, OH and then continued to earn his medical degree from the University of Illinois, College of Medicine.  Dr. Levin has been an innovator in plastic and reconstructive surgery for more than 30 years.  He is an authority in male plastic surgery, as remains committed to the artistry of surgery in the female face and form.
