Professional Background

Dr. Richard L. Zeff is a graduate of Tufts University and received his medical degree from the University of Miami. After completing a surgical internship at New York University Bellevue Hospital in New York City, he went on to a residency in general surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his plastic and reconstructive training at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Zeff has been in private practice since 1986.
