My objective is to restore your youthfulness and elegance without obvious signs of surgery. I want you to remain ‘yourself’ yet look healthier, rested, and more youthful. I will create that shape of nose, breast. or body that was meant for you, not the model in a fashion magazine. And again, I will do this without signs of surgery…without taking away your natural appearance.

Consultation

During your initial consultation, Dr. Saeed Marefat will discuss with you in detail your concerns about your appearance, your alternatives in correcting these problem areas, and the risks involved. You may also meet one of our cosmetic surgery consultants, who can discuss issues relevant to your surgery in detail and answer other questions you may have. Our cosmetic consultants are thoroughly trained experts who can provide you with in-depth information on the desired cosmetic procedure.

During this initial visit, with your consultant as your guide, you can view before and after color photographs of your surgeon’s actual patients.

You will also have the opportunity to review informative material related to your surgery and view educational videotapes on the particular procedure you wish to have.

After you have become thoroughly familiar with the procedure, you may have additional questions, which you may discuss with Dr. Saeed Marefat or your cosmetic surgery consultant, so that you are completely satisfied. On occasion, you may think of a question after you have left our office. Don’t hesitate to call us. We will be happy to answer any other questions you may have.

Members of our staff will help you through each step of the way with understanding and reassurance.

After you have met with Dr. Saeed Marefat and have had all your questions answered to your satisfaction, your cosmetic consultant will help you schedule your surgery date, arrange for any laboratory tests, handle your paper work, and set up any other necessary appointments.

Payment Options

Can I afford it?
Cosmetic Surgery should be viewed as a long-term investment in yourself and your future. If you look at it in this light, you will realize that it is probably one of the wisest, financially sound investments you will ever make.

Insurance
There are a number of procedures in plastic surgery that may be partially or completely covered by your insurance provider. Computer Imaging

The ability to manipulate your picture in order to show what the surgery can accomplish for you is a great technological advancement. We certainly can do this in our offices and give you an idea of what you may look like after surgery. However, you must understand that the usefulness of these computer programs in the setting of surgery is limited. These images have no relation to the skill of your surgeon or the results that can actually be achieved. Dr. Marefat uses computer imaging only as an aide to the understanding of possible results. But remember that your body is not an image, and what can be changed in a photograph does not necessarily translate to what can be changed in your body.

Skin Care Products

The skin loses its youthful appearance and develops blemishes, large pores and wrinkles due to natural aging, repeated exposure to sun, and certain unhealthy habits such as smoking or drinking. The effects of Ultraviolet rays of the sun on skin can damage the elastin fibers and create pigmentary changes. This damage occurs in the cellular level and sometimes these cellular changes can degenerate into cancer producing cells. Taking care of your skin, is therefore not only something that will make you look healthier and more youthful, but will also help you fight the damaging effects of sunlight that may eventually cause skin cancer.
