Hobbies and Interests

Dr. Ringler's outreach activities include founder and medical director of the Michigan Chapter of Operation Smile International, a non-profit volunteer medical program. With Operation Smile, Dr. Ringler has performed reconstructive surgery to children in many developing countries and the United States since 1989. Under Dr. Ringler’s leadership, the Michigan Chapter of Operation Smile has provided free surgical care for more than one thousand children over the past fifteen years.
