During the consultation Dr. W. Jefferson Pendergrast, Jr. will be happy to explain the procedure to you, discuss the alternatives, the surgical technique, the type of anesthesia, facility and recovery, the temporary and permanent tradeoffs, and the risks and complications of the procedure and how to avoid them. We encourage you to write down your questions and concerns.
