Dr. Stevens’ has surgical privileges at several Southern California facilities: UCLA Medical Center, St. John's Hospital and Health Center, Daniel Freeman Marina Hospital, Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital, Wadsworth VA Medical Center and Marina Outpatient Surgery Center.

Offices Held

Dr. Stevens is a past Chairman of The Department of Surgery at the Daniel Freeman Marina Hospital and the hospital’s past Chairman of the Liposuction Committee and past co-director of The Breast Center. He has been an officer of several government and professional committees including serving as Chairman of the California Medical Association’s Advisory Panel on Plastic Surgery.

Honors and Awards

Dr. Stevens earned scholarships, academic honors and Phi Beta Kappa membership during medical school. He was recognized for surgical excellence with a fellowship in surgical research and the Senior Prize in Surgery from Washington University.

Special citations and commendations have also been awarded to Dr. Stevens by organizations such as the California State Senate, the California State Assembly, the California Medical Board and the City and County of Los Angeles.

Dr. Stevens was very pleased to be selected by his peers recently as one of America’s top physicians in “The Guide to Top Doctors.”
