As competition between job hunters remains stiff, more people are going the extra mile to stand out to employers on their resumes and in person. More companies are hiring young adults with college degrees, putting older individuals at a disadvantage. However, a number of Baby Boomers are fighting back by undergoing cosmetic procedures to remain competitive, according to NBC affiliate KGW.
