To qualify for registration in the specified categories, the following criteria must be satisfied:

You may register as an ASAPS Member if –
You have been formally elected into the Society prior to registering for the meeting. The Society registration fee includes the entire scientific meeting, coffee breaks and lunches, exhibits, and all social functions. You must register as a Guest Surgeon if you are currently in the Society membership application process, but have not been officially accepted into Active membership. If you are enrolled in the Candidate Program, take advantage of that discount. Be sure your 2013 Dues are current to register for The Aesthetic Meeting 2013!

You may register as a Life Member if -
You are a Life Member of the Aesthetic Society. Participation in the Society scientific sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks and lunches, and receipt of the Program Book is at a special discounted fee of $150. Social function tickets may be purchased separately.

You may register as an ASAPS Candidate if -
You are currently enrolled in the Candidate Program. You may enroll in the Candidate Program if you have achieved board certification, are board-admissible in plastic surgery or have graduated from an approved plastic surgery residency program within the last 7 years (documentation required). While this is not a membership category, Candidate status enables a plastic surgeon, for a period of six years, to benefit from a 25% discount on the guest surgeon registration fee (a $365 savings if you register by January 25, 2013), and attendance at exclusive events at the ASAPS meeting. The Society registration fee includes the entire scientific meeting, exhibits, coffee breaks and lunches, and all social functions, except the Dinner Dance. Tickets for the Dinner Dance may be purchased separately. If you meet the above qualifications and are not currently enrolled as a Candidate, please download the enrollment form and submit it with your $260 enrollment fee and meeting registration form.

You may register as an International Candidate if –
You are currently enrolled in the ASAPS International Candidate Program. Receive a 25% discount on the guest surgeon registration fee (a $365 savings if you register by January 25, 2013) that includes the entire Society scientific meeting, exhibits, coffee breaks and lunches, and all social functions, except the Dinner Dance. Tickets for the Dinner Dance may be purchased separately. If you belong to a member-society of the International Confederation for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (IPRAS) or are a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), and are not currently enrolled as an International Candidate, please download and submit the enrollment form with your $260 enrollment fee and meeting registration form. Written verification of membership in an international society is required with your enrollment form.

You may register as a Guest Surgeon if -
You are a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), ISAPS or IPRAS, or are board-certified/board-admissible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, but not a Member, Candidate, or International Candidate of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). The Society registration fee includes the entire scientific meeting, exhibits, coffee breaks and lunches, and social functions, except the Society Dinner Dance. Tickets for the Dinner Dance may be purchased separately. Written verification of membership in an international society is required with your registration form.

You may register as a Plastic Surgical Nurse if -
You submit a letter from your board-certified plastic surgeon employer indicating that you are currently employed as a registered nurse in the practice and a copy of your license. The Society registration fee includes the entire scientific meeting, exhibits, all coffee breaks and lunches, and social functions, except the Society Dinner Dance.

You may register as a Physician Assistant if -
You submit a letter from your board-certified plastic surgeon employer indicating that you are currently employed as a physician assistant and a copy of your license. The Society registration fee includes the entire scientific meeting, exhibits, all coffee breaks and lunches, and social functions, except the Society Dinner Dance.

You may register as a Resident or Fellow if -
You are in an approved plastic surgery residency or fellowship program. The greatest benefit we offer residents and fellows is the opportunity to attend The Aesthetic Meeting for FREE! The meeting registration fee is waived for residents and fellows with a certification letter from your Chief of Service with expected graduation date. If you are currently enrolled in the Resident Program, no additional documentation is required. International residents must submit a certification letter from your Chief of Service along with a verification letter from the national plastic surgery society that your Chief of Service is a member of that national society. Residents and Fellows may attend the Society scientific meeting, Welcome Reception, exhibits, all coffee breaks and lunches, the Program Book, and online access to abstracts and course handouts.

You may register as a Medical Student if –
You are currently enrolled as a full-time student in medical school and interested in a future career in plastic surgery. The meeting registration fee is waived for medical students with a certification letter from the Dean of Admissions. Medical Students may attend the Society scientific meeting, Welcome Reception, exhibits, all coffee breaks and lunches, the Program Book, and online access to abstracts and course handouts. NOTE: A signed letter from the dean of admissions attesting your current full time enrollment in medical school must accompany your registration forms. Registration cannot be processed without the letter.

You may register for Optional Courses Only (includes Exhibit admission) if -
You are employed by a board-certified or board-admissible plastic surgeon, and provide a letter verifying employment. The registration fee includes entrance to the exhibits, a Program Book, and tote bag only. All social events and optional courses must be purchased separately. Entrance to the scientific meeting will not be permitted.

*If you are aware of a plastic surgeon who is not a member of one of the organizations listed on the Society registration categories, but wishes to attend this meeting, please contact the Registrar below to request that a formal invitation be forwarded to the surgeon.
