If you have attended a previous ASAPS Patient Coordinator course, you are eligible to attend this special two-hour course. We assume that attendees are now charging for consultations and that you have addressed your no-show rates; that you are skilled in tracking and using your software optimally. There will be no review of core concepts and this will be a fast-paced course.

Objectives:

1. Determine how to deal with a variety of patient objections
2. Develop better relationship marketing and improve repeat business
3. Refine your internal and external marketing
4. Turn practice features into patient benefits

There is extensive time for discussion. Participants are encouraged to enroll in course S20 “How To Read Patients More Effectively” using Proception, which is scheduled from 2:00pm – 4:00pm on Sunday, May 4
