Registering in the Press Office
All reporters who have pre-registered are invited to pick up their press badges in the Press Office. For on-site registration, please bring appropriate press credentials. Individuals without acceptable press credentials will not be issued badges; if you have questions about credentials requirements, please contact the Communications Office for clarification prior to the meeting.
We are happy to help you research any of the topics presented during the Scientific Program or in the Media Kit. Interviews with presenters can be arranged in advance of the meeting by calling the Communications Office or during the meeting by requesting Press Office staff assistance. ASAPS requests that all interviews be arranged through the Communications staff and that reporters refrain from approaching presenters for interviews on the floor of the Scientific Session or in the hallways. ASAPS has arranged a quiet and private interview room that will be available for your use.
