INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
International shipping charges are not included in your invoice at the time your order is placed online. You will be billed separately for ACTUAL shipping fees as they vary greatly from country to country.
REFUND POLICY FOR ASAPS PRODUCTS
Your satisfaction is our most important goal. If your order is damaged or incomplete, or if you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact ASAPS customer service at 800-364-2147 for prompt assistance. Products that are customized according to your specifications cannot be returned. Other product returns may be subject to a 10% handling charge. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
3-4 weeks for delivery. Most customized products require 6-8 weeks, following your approval. Prices subject to change.
ASAPS will accommodate rush orders whenever possible. For overnight or 2nd day delivery, additional charges will be incurred. The availability of rush service on customized products cannot be guaranteed.
