It is my pleasure to invite you to join The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Aesthetic Surgery Education and Research Foundation for the 2011 Annual Meeting in Boston at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
We were gratified with the response to the Washington D.C. location, it had been over 25 years since the Society had met there and the 1,656 surgeons who attended had a great meeting. Joining the members of the Aesthetic Society and their international guests from over 25 countries, were also members from the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, and the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses. These along with the over 1800 exhibit personnel attending the meeting kept the exhibit hall busy.
This online Prospectus will answer most of the questions you may have regarding the meeting. Please read the Prospectus carefully, as many changes which may affect your company have been made. You will especially want to make a note of the deadline for the return of the contract.
We will have three full days of exhibits scheduled this year and we are planning some new and exciting events for the exhibit hall.
The times may alter slightly from previous years, but we still be serving lunch in the Exhibit Area each day and having two longer coffee breaks on each full day.

I suggest that you return the contract page and the 50% deposit as soon as possible. Boston is a wonderful city with many historical sites to see, and I look forward to seeing each of you there.
