Exhibitor Prospectus - Welcome

2010 Annual Meeting

LOCATION: Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center – Washington D.C. area
EXHIBIT DATES: April 24- 26, 2010

It is my pleasure to invite you to join The Aesthetic Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Aesthetic Surgery Education and Research Foundation for the 2010 Annual Meeting at the Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, close to our nation’s Capitol.

The Las Vegas meeting was a huge success with over 1,700 physicians registered and we know that we will also have a great registration in 2010. We will be expecting not only our own members of the Aesthetic Society, but also Board Certified plastic surgeons from around the world, members from the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, and the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses attending the exhibits.

The online Prospectus will answer most of the questions you may have regarding the meeting. Please read the Prospectus carefully, as many changes which may affect your company have been made. You will especially want to make note of the deadline for the return contract.

We are pleased that so many of you were to be able to sell your products on the exhibit floor.

We will have three full days of exhibits scheduled this year. The times may alter slightly from previous years, but we will still be serving lunch in the Exhibit Area each day and having two longer coffee breaks on each full day of the exhibits.
Your participation in out meeting is greatly appreciated, your professional contributions to the field of plastic surgery are invaluable. If we can be of assistance to you in any way, please give us a call at the Central Office.

I suggest that you return the contract page and the 50% deposit as soon as possible. We have not been in the Washington D.C. area for twenty-five years and it is a great place for a meeting. I look forward to seeing each of you there.

Sincerely,
