Practice Philosophy

Plastic Surgery is a specialty designed to improve a patients quality of life. To achieve that Dr. Duncan combines her surgical expertise and experience with her artistic talents to help give each of her patients the individual attention and results they desire.

It is Dr. Duncans sincere desire to provide her patients with the best possible care in a supportive atmosphere. Dr. Duncan and her staff make every effort to ensure that your every question is answered and that you are comfortable before, during and after your procedures.

Surgical Facility

Our private fully equipped surgical facility is one of only 500 in the United States certified at the highest level by the AAAASF. A national accreditation agency.

Consultation

Patients have a complimentary consult with our Administrator of Patient Care Services or our Patient Care Coordinator initially. At the complimentary appointment the procedure the patient has an interest in is reviewed, preop/postop information is gone over, a ballpark of standard costs is discussed, and before/after photos when available are shown.

The patient may then schedule to see Dr. Duncan for a consultation. Dr. Duncans consultation fee is $75.00

Dr. Duncan will do an in-depth evaluation and explanation of her proposed procedures after having reviewed with the patients expectations and after examining the patient. Dr. Duncan will answer your questions, and appropriate photographs will be taken.

A written estimate of costs will be gone over with patients either at the consultation with Dr. Duncan or mailed to the patient by the Practice Administrator.

Skin Care and Permanent Makeup consultations are complimentary with our Licensed Esthetician and are available Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

General office hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Payment Options

Personal checks, cashier checks, cash, VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Surgeries are paid for in advance.
