Practice Philosophy

Our practice philosophy is summed up in our motto..."It's all about you." Our entire staff is dedicated to making the plastic surgery experience one where our patients' concerns, safety and satisfaction are foremost. We offer our patients individualized care often missing from the "assembly line" practices. Dr. Griffith's reputation has been built on patients' trust, knowing that he will treat them as if they are a part of his own family. That is one of the reasons Dr. Griffith has been recognized by Puget Sound Consumers' Checkbook magazine as one of the Puget Sound Area's Outstanding Doctors. Surgical Facility

Our in-house operating and recovery suite are certified for all types of anesthesia by the American Assocation for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) which means we meet the highest national standards. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified personnel are present at all times during your surgery stay in our facility.

Consultation

The single most important factor in the success of your plastic-surgery experience is the plastic surgery team you choose. Our motto is "Its all about you." Dr. Griffith and his staff endeavor to live up to the expectation of this motto. The consultation is your opportunity to share your concerns and desires with Dr. Griffith. He will explore your options with you to see how he can meet your expectations. At this first consultation you will meet with your patient coordinator who will be your contact person throughout the pre-op and post-op period. She will go over financing and be happy to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. You may also view educational materials and tour our certified operating suite at this time.

Usually about two weeks before your surgery, you will meet with Dr. Griffith again for a thorough physical examination and appropriate laboratory studies will be done at this time. We want to assure you that your safety is our first priority. Your care after surgery may include massage treatments, make-up and hair care, and/or skin care. We will make every effort to help ensure that you are pleased from your initial consult through your aftercare.
