Dr. Grant Stevens is Founder and Medical Director of Marina Plastic Surgery Associates, a greater Los Angeles plastic surgery practice. He and his team have created a unique practice combining top-notch surgical skills, up-to-the-minute medical techniques and warm, understanding, personal attention for every client. Patients can expect an enhanced appearance and a pleasant experience.

Dr. Stevens devotes himself to the development of sound, new approaches to plastic surgery and refinement of existing standard procedures with one goal in mind: a beautiful, natural look for every patient.

Practice Specialization

As a board-certified plastic surgeon with clients in Beverly Hills and throughout Southern California, Dr. Stevens offers a full complement of procedures spanning breast enhancement, body contouring and facial cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Stevens is a pioneer in developing and perfecting surgical techniques to fit the needs of today’s active people. He’s the creator of the Stevens Laser Bra, an internal “bra” fashioned from the patient’s own tissue that can be used in breast lift, breast reduction and breast enlargement surgeries in his Los Angeles area center. Dr. Stevens and his colleagues have also perfected Mommy Makeovers, safe and effective combination procedures tailored to each client’s needs.

Marina Plastic Surgery Associates offers extensive medical spa services including the latest in laser and light treatments, injectables, physician-strength skin care products and more.

Surgical Facility

Dr. Stevens performs his Los Angeles area cosmetic surgery procedures at the state-of-the-art Marina Outpatient Surgery Center in the UCLA Medical Building in Marina Del Rey. The facility is fully accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, an organization whose mission is to ensure the highest quality patient care. All anesthesiologists are certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with training in advanced cardiac life support.

Dr. Stevens’ clients are welcomed and cared for by highly-qualified staff, many of whom have been with Dr. Stevens for several years. Patients enjoy the finest in personal service and the warm, relaxed yet refined atmosphere.

Dr. Stevens and his staff have perfected the “fly in for surgery” protocol, making it comfortable for clients from all over the world to take advantage of his skills.
