Woman undergoes cheek and chin liposuction

Dina Speicher had always had something of a double chin, even as a girl, but, as she got older, the skin around her neck started to sag and family members playfully dubbed it “the waddle,” according to The Des Moines Register.

While Speicher could laugh at it herself, she became self-conscious that her aging face didn't reflect how she felt inside. Last April, she elected to undergo liposuction of her cheeks and chin.
