The Economy & Facial Aesthetic Surgery: Patient Preferences [INFOGRAPHIC]

How has the economy affected patients’ plastic surgery procedure choices? Two surveys conducted last year, one to patients and one to physicians, revealed that many patients are delaying facial plastic surgery (facelift, eyelid surgery, facial implants) by opting for less-costly nonsurgical options (botox, fillers, chemical peels) due to the recession.
