Adding Staff FAQS

       

  1. Can my staff use the app? Yes, you can also select which staff can use the app via the "Office Accounts" icon on the home screen and tapping the + Add Account.

  2. How do I add staff? To add staff, tap "Office Accounts" from the Aesthetic One home screen, select + Add Account and follow the prompts:
  • Input requested staff details and select the messaging role(s). *Be sure to provide the staff members' mobile number and email that can be accessed from that device.

    • Account Active – if the toggle switch says "Yes" this means that the user can log into their Aesthetic One Account. "No" indicates that they will no longer be able to log into the app.

    • Manage Office Accounts - this allows the individual to add/remove other staff accounts for the practice on behalf of the physician in the future. This can be removed by tapping the toggle switch response to "no".

    • Provider Access - this should remain checked and allows individual access to Aesthetic One.

    • Messenger roles - select the topics that you would like the individual to be able to respond to within the chat feature: including Billing, Medical Questions, Office visits, and Schedule Surgery.

  • After you've hit the save button, the staff member will receive a text message inviting them to download the app.
  1. How do I remove staff? You can remove a staff member's access through the app via the "Office Accounts" icon on the home screen and tapping the individual's name. Then under "Account Active" tap the toggle switch so that it says "No" – this indicates that they will no longer be able to log into the app. Hit the save button
