  • Demonstrate the principles of aesthetic breast reconstruction and the congruency with aesthetic breast surgery
  • Illustrate the advances in implant and flap reconstruction including use of shaped devices, nipple sparing mastectomy,  and direct to implant reconstruction
  • Illustrate the present status of fat transfer for breast reconstruction including large volume transfer and pre-expansion techniques
  • Illustrate the expanding role for ADM in  pectoralis sparing and direct to implant reconstruction with immediate fat grafting
  • Discuss the current role for perforator flaps in immediate aesthetic  breast reconstruction
