  • Describe step by step the LOP, lateral overlapping platysmaplasty, and the advantages over the medial plication: simplicity, safety, efficacy and outcomes    
  • Describe the anatomy of the submandibular gland and how to do partial resections  using lateral  approach, much safer and easy than through the submental incision    
  • Understand the etiology of platismal bands and how to perform closed or semi open platismotomy without submental incision
