Desired outcomes:

  • Identify and manage patient expectations to achieve consistently high patient satisfaction
  • Incorporate comprehensive fat management into aesthetic breast procedures, including targeted fat grafting of the breast and alteration of the breast base with Breast Fat Equalization (BFE), Expansion Vibration Lipofilling (EVL), and Simultaneous Separation &Tumescense (SST)
  • Discuss breast anatomy and specific surgical maneuvers to avoid creating problems such as double-bubble, symmastia, over-lateralized implants, implant drop-out, and implant malposition
  • Establish or improve high predictability and longevity in various breast augmentation approaches, simultaneous Mastopexy/augmentation, and revisionary aesthetic breast surgery
  • Develop strategies/algorithms  in revisional breast surgery including implant selection, pocket selection, pocket control procedures, mastopexies and use of  ADMs/synethetic supports to optimize outcomes and minimize complications/reoperations
