Desired outcomes:
Every rhinoplasty surgeon wishes to "get it right the first time". However, on the path to mastery of rhinoplasty, we must also be well-prepared to manage secondary concerns. Experts from The Rhinoplasty Society will explore refinement of techniques to master primary rhinoplasty and will introduce approaches to common secondary problems. The morning session will follow a region-by-region approach to the nose; the afternoon will focus on special topics including ethnic rhinoplasty variations, functional considerations, and recognition/avoidance of problem patients. The presenters will discuss their philosophy, nuances of primary rhinoplasty and pitfall avoidance, and reliable secondary principles. In addition, short videos of common techniques and point, counter point session will focus on specific maneuvers used in primary and secondary rhinoplasty.
