  • Review the present status of fat transfer for breast reconstruction including large volume transfer and pre-expansion techniques
  • Recognize the expanding role for ADM in pectoralis sparing and direct to implant reconstruction with immediate fat grafting
  • Discuss the current role for perforator flaps in immediate aesthetic breast reconstruction
