The Cleveland Clinic Dept. of Plastic Surgery's postgraduate aesthetic fellowship focuses on facial aesthetic surgery offering in depth clinical exposure to facelift, brow lift, blepharoplasty, cantopexy/plasty, rhinoplasty and genioplasty surgery. Fellows will scrub on over 250 procedures per year, being able to choose from approximately 600 cases. In addition to the procedures listed fellows will receive an in depth experience to skin resurfacing, (intermediate and deep) chemical peels and laser resurfacing techniques. Minimally invasive procedures including chemodenervation and fillers round out the clinical experience.

The surgical volume is augmented by active clinical research opportunities. The average number of peer reviewed publications is 5 per year as academic productivity is encouraged. Our fresh cadaver lab offers opportunities for both honing clinical skills as well as serving as a clinical research source.

While the focus is on facial aesthetics ample opportunity exists for exposure to breast and body contouring procedures.

Fellows are encouraged to fully participate in all aspects of our resident education program.

At the completion of the fellowship the fellow will be an expert in facial aesthetics medicine and surgery.
