Can you combine a nipple reconstruction with breast implants and a lift?

Q:

Can you combine areola reduction, breast implants and breast lift surgery? How much would this cost? Does anyone offer payment plans to pay off either in advance or after the procedure? Thanks.

A:

It is certainly possible to combine an areola reduction with a breast lift and a breast augmentation. It is in fact common to reduce the size of the areola to certain extent during a breast lift procedure. It is also possible to reduce the areola when performing a breast augmentation alone or even if no other procedure is performed.

Cost will vary in different regions of the country and will also depend upon what type of lift is being performed. A phone call to a plastic surgeon’s office should be able to give you an approximate cost or range.
