Submit your question below about any cosmetic procedure to be considered for posting with an answer from one of our board-certified plastic surgeons.

How much is the cost for liposuction of the legs and ankles?
First you have to know if you are in overweight since patients in this situation are not candidates to Liposuction, so you must loose firt you overweight an then vissit an ASAPS member close to your area. The cost will depend on the surgeon experience and the facilitiy that he will choose, and also the kind of technique.
The cost of Liposuction varies depending on where you are and who does the procedure. You can find physicians to do the procedure who are quite cheap. However, many of these have almost no training or experience. The legs and ankles are very difficult areas and should be treated only by someone very experienced. Make sure that whomever you choose has been doing liposuction for many years and has done many legs. You are also safer with a board certified Plastic Surgeon who knows the problems that can arise from liposuction, a seemingly simple procedure that is actually quite complex and can be dangerous.
