Can I have liposuction if my HGB level is 10.0?
Correction of a Hgb of 10 is often accomplished with simple iron & folic acid vitamin supplements prescribed by your primary care practioner. A more important question would be to determine "Why is Your Hemoglobin 10"? Another issue is the extent of liposuction you desire. If you are considering Large Volume Liposuction with an aspirate volume of >5,000cc then, a Hgb of 10 might be an issue.
