Can I make payments with money down on a tummy tuck?

Q:

I need a tummy tuck done but I only have some money put away. Can a doctor work with me?

A:

Justina,

Most plastic surgeons are most likely to require payment for services rendered before a cosmetic surgical procedure. Often, package pricing for multiple providers ( anethesia, nurses, facility, etc.) is given to assist in reducing costs associated with an aesthetic surgery. Your surgeons fee can be a small portion of the total bill.

Consider one of the many company's that assist patients in obtaining the funds for the procedures they desire like CreditCare (http://www.carecredit.com). Best,
