Dr. Culbertson, thank your for your reply. I have in fact looked in to some of the issues you mentioned and even found a number of papers Academic Journals. I am very keen to undertake a suitable procedure but only when I know the state of play today. Comments like this from European Urology (2008) worry me: [penis enlargement cosmetic surgery] procedures should be regarded as investigational and patients should be discouraged from undergoing these invasive treatments. Where is the data?
Yes, indeed you should be concerned. As I mentioned there are few and far between long term studies indicating the efficacy of such procedures. The data is somewhat lacking at this time to the best of my knowledge. Best,
