What procedure is recommended to treat large pores (on face) to make them smaller? Will the treatment have lasting effects or need to be repeated?
There isn't a treatment that will reduce pore size.
There are treatments that will make pores appear smaller such a salicylic or glycolic peels. In some patients the IPL or Photofacial can make skin appear more radiant. Also MicroBotox (injections of highly diluted Botox), seems to make pore size appear smaller. All treatments are temporary.
In addition, you should be using oil free products at home to wash and moisturize skin.
What procedure would be used to treat spider veins located on and around the feet? Will the treatment have a good outcome?
Yes, you can treat veins on the feet but they don't respond as well as treatment for spider veins located in the upper thigh area. This is because pressure in the feet is much higher and tends to keep the veins open.
After treatment it is important to wear appropriate stockings.
What are the best fillers for under the eyes?
Both Restylane and Juvederm are popular options for under the eye fillers. I personally prefer Restylane for under the eyes because it tends to be firmer and doesn't seem to migrate as much. Overall, I've had better success with Restylane than Juvederm.
I have one breast that is much more larger than the other. Is it possible to have a Breast Reduction where only one breast is reduced and the other breast is left totally alone without any surgery to it?
To produce more symmetry, you can have one breast reduced. It will look more symmetric, but you shouldn't expect complete symmetry. Also, keep in mind when you do a breast reduction, there are scars. These fade over time.
