ASERF SILENT AUCTION
The Mission of ASERF is to identify and pursue those issues relevant to the advancement, effectiveness and safety of aesthetic surgery through directed research and education for the purpose of benefiting patients, physicians, and this entire field of medicine. Click here for more information.
Our new learning format features theaters set up in the Exhibit Hall. Physicians can stop by to hear a short presentation on various topics related to education, practice management and plastic surgery in general. More activities for the surgeons will bring more attendees to the Exhibit Hall and increase traffic to your booth!
Sometimes, finding a private location to speak to doctors is difficult on an exhibit hall floor. This year, The Aesthetic Society will be renting Whisper Suites so that you can conduct business meetings off of the floor and in the privacy of an enclosed space. Each suite comes with a table, chairs and water station. For more information, please contact our Exhibits Manager, Erika Ortiz-Ramos.
In order to allow exhibitors a lunch break prior to the attendees, all lunches will be delivered to your booth approximately one hour prior to the attendee lunch break on Sunday and Monday ONLY. Lunches for these days MUST be pre-ordered. Not enough lunches for all of your staff? Additional lunches can be purchased for a fee. Please note: ALL lunches MUST be pre-ordered.
On Saturday ONLY, we will provide lunch vouchers for the food court. Each booth space will receive two lunch vouchers. Additional vouchers will NOT be available for sale. For additional information, please contact our Exhibits Manager, Erika Ortiz-Ramos.
