Refunds not considered unless a written request is emailed to Victoria@surgery.org by November 2, 2020, or mailed to The Aesthetic Society Central Office and postmarked by November 2, 2020. Refunds made on or before November 2, 2020 will be subject to a 15% administrative fee. No refunds after November 2, 2020.
